Returns
We aim to fully comply with all EU and UK Distance Selling and Consumer Regulations.
You are offered 14 days to fully inspect our products and check their suitability, just as you would in our shop but in the comfort of your own home!
If you wish to cancel your purchase or return a product just let us know via our email or telephone. Once we have confirmed the procedure, you can send the product back to us at your expense.
We promise to acknowledge agreed returns on receipt and deal with them promptly.
