They gave us all the time we needed to try a range of guitars, giving us clear information on the build and characteristics of each one with a warmth and sincerity for the beautiful instruments they know so well. All three of the staff... read more I met during a few visits were great, very knowledgeable and able to assist with all of the small issues I was experiencing when choosing and getting used to a new instrument including explaining things I didn't know I only had a surface knowledge of (intonation, neck alignment and cappo placement).

The amp I got sounds wicked for the price I got it for. Happy customer

Best Shop I’ve ever been to! I had recently bought an Ibanez with a floating tremolo (not from Intersound) . If anyone’s tried to set one up- you’ll know the struggle... read more with them! I tried to do a set up- and I totally bodged my guitar up, the intonation was off and I needed a lower action. I decided to take it to Intersound guitars, and they have done an amazing job. I had a full setup done by Intersound, and they did an incredible job! Along with that, customer service is beyond amazing. When I first took my guitar in, I was greeted with smiles. I was told my guitar would be done by Wednesday the following week, but they managed to do it by the Friday before, only 2 days after I bought it in! Incredible service, and an awesome shop. Thank you Intersound!
